A violent steering wheel shake at highway speeds, usually triggered by a bump. It's caused by worn steering components—track bar, ball joints, or steering damper. We see it regularly on lifted Wranglers. Proper diagnosis identifies which parts need replacement.
The current generation with the 3.6L V6 or 5.7L HEMI is quite reliable. Earlier models had more electrical issues. The air suspension on higher trims needs attention in our climate. Overall, solid vehicles with proper maintenance.
