I had a major impact to the side of my vehicle (third party fault), the insurance company were awful, they insisted I took my car to a certain dealership of their choice. Picked the car up, drove it on to Al Khail Road, lost control at 50km/ph, took it back to the garage, they were simply not interested, despite the car was not safe to drive.
