I have been to the big 2 garages in town for either servicing or modifying my car, but I recently tried out PowerWorks,... as recommended by a friend, and I have to say the level of professionalism , transparency, customer service, know how and accessibility to get exact update about your car during the process (repair/service/modification) is something that we rarely have in the UAE. After the job was perfectly done the car was washed and delivered to my house. Definitely my future garage for my cars!read more

Fantastic work and fantastic service. Have brought both of my 2009 ML63 and 1999 Porsche 911 996 to these gents, and so... lucky to meet the owner himself and the garage operations manager who cares about the garage as if was his own ! Kept me posted through the maintenance of my ML63, built the complete engine of 911 996 that works like a clock ! Definitely very professional, on point and giving much confidence of what they do ! Highly recommended !read more

I live in RAK but have been bringing my car ONLY to Powerworks in Dubai for the past three years so highly recommend... them to anyone. I trust Glen, DJ and Justin with their knowledge and expertise and they always do their upmost to deal with issues as efficiently as possible.read more

Initially problem diagnosed with injector wire. spent 1400, car released after 5 days problem solved right ? no. next... day, EPC light on, car is stalled and went back to garage. for almost 2 days no communication on what's the problem. When asked , was replied that they will check n let me know. Now the problem with ignition coil etc with quote of 3500 appx & was told still not sure there will be further problem with EPC. The attendant also don't received the calls. only whatsapp. NOT GOING BACK. Spent too much on waiting, rent a car and not getting one time solution.read more

Without having to ask I got to speak, in person, to the manager of the operation and then the owner too. Both fellas... were working on the cars inside the workshop and still had time to help me discuss the necessary work for my beat up old Audi.New garage found. keep up the good work. Throughly recommend these guys will have your back when it comes to servicing and repairing your car, super efficient... and professional even sorted out the registration for me and picked up my car when it had expired, legends. Plus they have some really cool cars in sometimes you can catch a glimpse of while you take in yours !read more

If a 10 star rating was possible I would rate 10, I have to thank Glen and Justin for there amazing service and quality... work. They diagnosed the issue and fixed as cost effective and fast as possible and even dropped the car off to where I live. I could not recommend Powerworks anymore thank you very much.
